1. Q. What can you plate?
    
   A. We can plate almost any metal - for Zinc & Aluminium please call as this needs a special process which is not provided by us.
    
   
2. Q. Do car Badges have to be removed?
    
   A. No, we have a mobile service if required.
    
   
3. Q. Can you plate plastics?
    
   A . Yes, but not all items are suitable, contact us with your requirements.
    
   
4. Q. Do you use real Gold and Silver?
    
   A. Yes
    
   
5. Q. Is all the plating done in 24 carat gold?
    
   A. Yes, although the finish of other golds is available, such as 18, 14, 9 carat and Rose gold.
    
   
6. Q. How do I know what finish is suitable for the item that requires plating?
    
   A. Tell us what you want plated and we will recommend a finish.
    
   
7. Q. How long will it take?
    
   A. We aim to provide a quality and speedy service, all items will be returned as soon as possible.
    
   
8. Q. Will the Gold wear off?
    
   A. All Gold will wear off eventaully if in contact with an abrasive surface. However, we do plate to a very high standard and thickness so you will get the maximum quality.
    
   
9. Q. Can I buy ready plated items?
    
   A. We offer a one to one service and ask that you supply items to be plated. In the fulness of time, we plan to be in a position to sell certain items ready plated.
    
   
10. Q.Do you have a online shop or store?
     
    A. Not at present.
